Courts do not automatically enforce their judgments. It is the responsibility of the winner, the judgment-creditor, to force the loser, the judgment debtor, to do the right thing and pay up.

Successful judgment enforcement requires strategic planning and legal expertise to ensure that the judgment-creditor receives the compensation they are entitled to.

We locate and recover money and other assets that can be used to satisfy your judgment. Starting with wage garnishments and bank levies to having the sheriff seize real property, cars, personal belongings, and other assets for sale.

We use all of the tools available under the law to enforce and collect your judgment. Bad debtors often have to be compelled to do the right thing. In one of our collections cases, the court found judgment debtors in contempt of its process and had them arrested. One debtor spent almost a year in county jail.
